Check out the nozzle chart to decide what spec you need. It may look a little confusing, but it is rather easy to figure out. The top row indicates the gallons per minute (GPM) that your machine is \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan class=\"notion-enable-hover\" data-token-index=\"1\"\u003erated\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e for. The PSI on the side is what you \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan class=\"notion-enable-hover\" data-token-index=\"3\"\u003ewant\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e your PSI to be. So, if you had a machine that is rated for 1.7 GPM and want it to put out 1000 PSI (that is the pressure we recommend for car washing), then you would need a 3.5.
