I made a lot of calls and sent a lot of emails before I reached someone in wholesale who was willing to help. They started mixing small batches just for us. I always figured the call would come that they were done making it. It did. They gave me one last run, delivered in 55-gallon drums in the summer of 2018. Once I went down that road, I changed two things. First, the color. I made it purple, because purple is what I picture when I think decontamination. Second, the name. \"Citrus\" never made sense. This soap has a pH of 10, which makes it alkaline. An orange soap called \"Citrus\" suggests an acid below pH 7. It’s also more soluble in water than Adam’s soap - which means it mixes so much better. Some of you who have used Adam’s or still use it know that it has a thicker texture to it. GSF foams well and doesn’t reactivate or lather up after rinsing it off. This soap is also pH-neutral, so it’s safe on waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings. This will produce a shaving cream-like foam. Another great characteristic of this product that caught my attention was its slickness, not just on your paint but also in your hands. At Obsessed Garage, we believe in having one product that does its one job and it's the best we've found at doing that one job. Why would I want my waterless\/rinseless wash to have waxes or polymers in it when I'm going to go around the car afterward with what I consider the best drying aid\/sealant to clean up any leftover water. Because the Pressol bottles don’t have line marks, you can’t tell if you’re putting the correct amount of liquid (solution) into the bottle. This tool circumvents that missing feature. There are black, raised graduations that make it easy to measure. Units are in ounces and milliliters. The spout pours very nicely and won’t drip all over the place.
